Shipping & Delivery Policy

Adi Media Pte Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website (the “Service”).

We advise you to read our policies on Shipping and Delivery, which are found on this page of the Service. Please be aware that in using our website and its services, you acknowledge and agree to all our policies, including the Shipping & Delivery Policy.


Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to the circuit breaker measures, public holidays and heavy sale period.


  • All delivery charges are subject to change
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays
  • Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional delivery payment which will be covered by you


Standard flat rate delivery within Singapore costs $7.06 per parcel.

Please allow 3 to 5 business day for order processing. All orders are delivered via our accepted delivery partner(s) stated in “Our Courier” below, and once the delivery process has started, your package will typically arrive at your doorstep in 3 to 5 business days (expect slight delay during public holidays and heavy sale period).

If your item was made on pre-order, please expect the delivery to take about 4 to 6 weeks.


All our deliveries are managed by our sole courier partner NinjaVan. We endeavour to have the product that you ordered delivered to you at the place of delivery submitted by you in your Order, and by the expected delivery time that we provide in the confirmation of the Order. In any event where the product fails to reach you, you agree to adhere to the policies and proceeding steps taken by our courier.


We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.


Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery.


Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided to us when you make your Order, and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address, or for cancellation of the Order.


Our products are delivered by our courier in our standard packaging.


Some of our products are on Pre-Order only. This may be due to the brand supplier being based overseas. In this case, after you Place an Order and make payment for these products, we will forward the Order and payment due to the brand supplier, upon which they will deliver the order to us. Hence, you will expect the products that are on Pre-Order to take 4-6 weeks to arrive at your delivery address from the time you Place an Order.


Once our couriers receive the product for delivery, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage or destruction of the product. Upon you receiving the product, all risks will be upon you.

In the event where the product is not received by you due to a breach in obligation by you in our Contract, the risks shall be passed to you upon the date and time at which you should have received the product. Any breach in your duties and obligations in the contract may influence your ability to shop at our Service in the future.


If you are not available to take delivery or collection, our courier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. In such a case, neither we nor our courier is responsible for your collection of the product. Any charges for warehouse fees in keeping your items will be covered by you.


If delivery or collection is delayed through any unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product from the courier within two weeks of the first attempt to deliver the Product to you, we may do either or both of the following, without affecting any right or remedy available to us:

(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause 7.8 (a) above).


In the circumstance that the product fails to reach you and has passed its expected arrival date of delivery, either you or we may terminate the Contract after four weeks from the expected arrival date, and the termination will be done so by notice to your provided email address and without any liability other than a refund of the Product that was paid for by you but failed to reach you.
